The cottage offers excellent self-catering accommodation throughout the year. It is fully centrally heated, at no extra cost.
The cottage consists of a good size living room containing two sofas, a nest of tables, a bookshelf and a television, video player, dvd player, and freeview box. There is also a digital radio, and a cd player and amp. The lounge features original exposed oak beams and a wood burning cast-iron stove on a deep hearth. We supply you with an initial supply of logs.
The kitchen is open to the living room, and is equipped with a cooker, fridge (with freezer box), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units containing all necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. The spacious bathroom is also on the ground floor, with bath, shower, W.C. and basin.
The cottage has a large sun/ dining room with half-height windows overlooking the garden. There is a dining table for four, a high chair and a sideboard here, as well as a shoe rack.
Upstairs there are two roomy bedrooms with great views over the valley. To the left there is a twin room with a chest of drawers and a washhand basin. To the right is a large double bedroom with chair, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The cot is also stored in here. This room has an original open fireplace, which can be used.
Bedding, tea towels and towels are included. There is a radio alarm clock in the main bedroom and a hairdryer. Beds are made up for your arrival. We also supply toilet tissue and paper tissues, a few dishwasher tablets, tea bags and coffee, flour, sugar and and selection of cooking oils, spices and condiments.
